It's not easy to describe it, since no words can pay justice to the splendour of the most beautiful city in the world.

Fascinating, sophisticated, involving, intriguing. It's the city everyone dreams to see, to discover, to enjoy, to live.

In our apartment your dreams becomes real, even beyond your imagination, since our apartment is unique, as the city in which it is located.

It is located in the area of Arsenale, the oldest heart of Venice. A quiet area, out of main tourist traffic, and still in the centre. With a 5 minute walk you are in Piazza San Marco or at the Biennale, in 10 minutes you can be at Rialto's picturesque market.

Public transportation is excellent, including a direct boat line connecting Marco Polo Airport.

Public transportation is extremely convenient. The vaporetto (public boat service) station "Arsenale" (lines n. 1, 41,42) is as close as 200 yards, and no bridges.

"Arsenale" is also a stop of the boat service Alilaguna connecting directly with the Marco Polo Airport.

Our apartment

It is a brand new and elegant, with two rooms (45 square meters) ground floor apartment.

It is 2 minutes away from the main gate of the antique and huge naval dockyard of Venice.

It is very bright apartment, with luxury furnishings, venetian-style floors, wooden beamed ceiling.
It is easily accessible also for disable guests.

Living area

The entrance door brings to an elegant living room, with a magnificent venetian-style floor and beamed ceiling. It is precisely the authentic Venetian style!

In the morning, the sun gives light to three big windows, which face a very quiet "calle" (a narrow road).

The cooking corner is brand new and fully equipped: refrigerator, stoves, oven, dishes, pans, cutlery, glasses, tea and espresso cups.

Sleeping area

A door separates living from sleeping area. Privacy is granted!

The double room has a very confortable, king size bed. There is a big chest of drawers with a big mirror. Light comes from two big windows, where the sun comes in the afternoon.

A wardrobe-closet is just out of the room, in a dedicated place.

The bathroom is equipped with bidet, shower and has a big window. 

It is possible to add a single bed and, morover, one has all what is neccessary for laundry: washing-machine, clotheshorse, iron and ironing table.
